Eligibility and the 18+ Age Requirement
SugarDating is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information on your profile, including your age, is accurate.
Verification is part of how we keep the community reliable: profiles pass review before messaging is enabled, and imagery or identity claims that cannot be confirmed are grounds for removal. Any account found to misrepresent age or identity will be suspended without notice, in keeping with the verification standards described on our how it works page.

No Solicitation or Transactional Demands
The platform is not a marketplace for sexual services, and it is not to be used to solicit payment for meetings before any relationship exists. Members quoting guaranteed sums or demanding upfront transfers may be reported.
No Data Misuse or Coercion
Screenshots, private photographs and personal details shared in confidence must never be used as leverage, published without consent, or held over another member after an arrangement ends. This applies during and after any connection.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your own profile, the judgment you use when arranging meetings, and any financial or personal disclosures you choose to make to another member. SugarDating does not vet, mediate or guarantee the outcome of any private arrangement between members.
Our Role
We provide account access, profile review, private photo controls and moderation tools, and we act on reports of conduct that breaches these terms. Account Suspension, Termination and Changes
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including misrepresentation, harassment, solicitation or misuse of another member's information. Members may close their own account at any time from account settings.
When an account is closed, stored data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which sets out retention and deletion practices in full.
